About Me

I work relationally and believe in the TA ethos of I’m OK, You’re OK and that people have the capacity for change.  I believe in honesty and fairness and always aim to work with respect, compassion and integrity.  I enjoy working creatively and within professional and ethical boundaries.  I aim to work in a co-creative way which validates and empowers clients.  I believe that the therapeutic journey can be one of learning, acceptance and emotional development and growth.
