Hi my name is Elaine and I am a Person Centred Counsellor. I believe that we are all able to make the changes we need to in life to help us achieve our full potential. Embarking on therapy can help and support you to make these changes to reach this potential.
I feel creating an equal relationship together can enable you to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours, therefore enriching your life and sense of self.
I work in a safe, empathic non judgmental way to offer you the support you may need to make those changes and reach your full potential and growth.
I adhere to the British Association Counsellors & Psychotherapists ethical framework and use this as my guide to provide clients a safe and ethical service.
I have worked as part of the Valued Minds team since May 2020. Working on a wide range of client issues.

I work Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays 9 am – 3 Pm, face to face sessions. I can also offer zoom or Telephone sessions on a Monday 9am – 2pm
