Hello, I am Paul and a Qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and a Registered member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy. I offer a confidential counselling service to adults in Hull, East Yorkshire and I meet with clients in a relaxed and comfortable room, located on Beverley road in Hull or online via Zoom.
I understand how even thinking about therapy may seem daunting and overwhelming and it might be difficult to make the first step to reach out and speak to someone.
I have experience of being a client myself in the past and have seen the positive impact of therapy which is how I became interested in becoming a therapist myself.
I work with people from different backgrounds and work with people of all ages, from 18 years of age and upwards. I see clients on a short- and long-term basis and the sessions are very much led by what you bring to the sessions, which move at a pace that suits you.
I offer a relaxed and confidential space, where together we can explore whatever is on your mind you to map out a way forward.
