About Me

I am a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor, trained in Person-Centred Counselling and Transactional Analysis (TA). I started my career as a counsellor, after I experienced first-hand the amazing impact that having someone you can trust and confide in can have on your emotional well-being and ability to over come life’s many challenges.

Talking about things that are emotionally painful can feel frightening, intimidating and overwhelming. My aim is to offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space for you to explore, talk and be heard. During therapy, we will work to understand your authentic self and learn new coping mechanisms for a more fulfilled, happier life. Our goal is to become more insightful as to how you think, believe and behave and consequentially affect positive change.

As a registered member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists, I uphold their Ethical Framework for Counselling Professions and will always work to the highest professional standard. I have private indemnity insurance and hold a current Disclosure Barring Certificate.
