One of the ways that Space2BHeard provide this is through our Supportive Supervision sessions. We are specialist in providing this service to teams working within a Health and/or Social Care setting.
What is Supportive Supervision?
Supportive supervision is a process of professional support, reflection and learning that helps individual’s grow and develop within their role. It provides a safe, judgement free space for team members to question their practice, critically analyse and evaluate experiences, and debrief after challenging or stressful encounters.

We offer a variety of themed half day workshops for employees aimed at awareness raising and equipping attendees with ways to improve their Mental Health and Wellbeing.

At Space2BHeard, we understand the importance of a healthy and happy workforce. We take wellbeing very seriously and know the importance of keeping the wellbeing of your team current and always on the agenda.

A one-off purchase of 6 one-hour counselling sessions to support employees experiencing anxiety, depression and any other issues effecting their mental health and wellbeing.

The product is designed to meet the needs of Mental Health First Champions in the workplace through one to one or group supervision and mentorship.
A fully qualified and experienced supervisor will offer 2 on site hours per month aimed at supporting the first aiders in the following ways:
Space2BHeard believe that every workplace manager can benefit from gaining an additional insight and understanding of themselves and their colleagues.
Thinking about common workplace issues that frequently arise, we can offer an alternative way of thinking and working with others, using the concepts of Transactional Analysis – a model of social psychology which examines how we communicate and relate to others.
This is useful in conflict resolution, improving self confidence and helping teams to work, understand and support each other more effectively.
To help us get a real understanding of your workplace and what you would like to achieve from our programme, we also include a 1 hour management consultation to enable us to tailor the content to meet your organisational needs.

You may have heard of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) over the years but few know much about it. At its heart, NLP is a collection of models, techniques and strategies for modelling excellence, in order to help us better understand how our thought processes and behaviour, including how the language we use, influences the way we think and the results we get. Modelling excellence in any field enables us to bring about a positive change in ourselves and others.
Space2Bheard’s in-house NLP Trainer offers three NLP workshops, for up to 25 attendees:
One Day Introduction to NLP
A basic introduction to the key features of NLP including more depth on how to use our senses more effectively, and building rapport.
Three Day NLP Diploma
As above but also including – helpful programs, limiting beliefs, NLP communication model, using anchors to elicit resourceful states, well-formed outcomes, problem solving using the SCORE model, perceptual positions.
Four Day NLP Diploma
As above but with our Myers Briggs one day workshop integrated into the package.
Packages are totally flexible and can be tailored to your requirements. For example, we can tailor one day workshops if your organisation has particular issues that NLP might help to address – such as Communication, Outcomes and Problem Solving.
