Space2BHeard Impact Report 2023

The Space2BHeard CIC annual Impact Report is out! Collating, designing and sharing the Impact Report has to be in our top 5 jobs we love completing! We take a great sense of achievement from reflecting on what we achieve within a 12 month period and are proud to be a Social Enterprise that makes a difference to local lives. As a Community Interest Company we are a non profit making company which means we reinvest any surplus income back in to our business. We do this through building our infrastructure, creating new employed posts, staff wellbeing and developing our Volunteer Led delivery. Year on year we review our priorities and how we can create the most impact within our community whilst continuing to develop a sustainable, creative and dynamic business. One of our key priorities for 2023 was to develop our partnerships within the local Voluntary Community Sector to enable us to work with key groups within our community that would benefit from specialised mental health support. We are pleased to report that we have been successful in this, developing new, individualised therapeutic services throughout the year and in to 2024. Building upon the governance of our organisation in 2023 has been key to delivering our objectives and we now benefit from the expertise, experience and knowledge of a full Advisory Board to support our Directors. We have collated some of these successes and more in to a Report which can be found here! If you are curious and would like to know more take some time to read this and we would love to hear what you think and if you have any ideas that will make 2024 even greater!
